From the letters we have we know that the birth mother checked herself into Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, TN as Mrs. Lee Rice. That is not her real name, nor do we have an age. The REAL doctor was Dr. W.G. Preas (who passed away in 1970). She was taken at birth and giving to her adopted parents who are Grace and Lee Rice and then drove to Miami, FL where she grew up. All Other Information: Was at St. Gerard's Home for Unwed Mothers in Memphis, TN, for a month prior to delivery at St. Joseph's Hospital. St. Peter's Orphanage handled the adoption. I was supposed to go to a home in Birmingham or Nashville, but because I was already 9 months pregnant, I was allowed to stay in Memphis. I believe it was 10 weeks or so before I went to Probate Court in Shelby County, TN, to sign the adoption papers. I believe the Date of Birth was sometime between 10-5-1966 and 10-10-1966. My deate of birth is 9-8-1949 and the Adoptee Birth Father's date of birth is 6-9-1950. He ha brown hair, is approximately 5'10", wears glasses, and his complexion is medium. He had Hodgkin's Disease at the time of Adoptee's birth and,at that time, his life expectancy was 5 years. He was a patient at St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and survived the cancer. We were not married at the time of Adoptee's birth, but married in June of 1969. We were married for 7 years! before divorcing. I remarried 12-14-1979 and am presently still married. I am short (4'10-1/2"0 with blond hair,blue eyes, and fair complxion. I had a mole on by neck (mid-way on right side under chin and a mole on the left side above my breast). My son, Jeremiah Sullins, was born with a mole above his breast too. He also had a vision problem and is legally blind in his left eye. He plays Soccer and ran Cross Country. He is 29 years old and has a doctorate in cognitive pschylogy from Memphis State University. He married last (11-?-2008) and is expecting his first child 4-1-2010. His date of birth is 7-24-1980. Adoptee's grandfather was partially bald and Jeremiah lost most of his hair on the top by the time he was 25. He had blond curly hair when he was young and is approximately 5'10".

All Other Information: It is a secret that I know I have a sister that was placed for adoption. She was born most likely in ?-?-1969 or ?-?-1970 b/c I was born 1972. Her birth mother was Mable Phillips. She would have been born in either Livingston, Cookeville, or Monterey, Tennessee. Slightly possible birth in Albany, KY. She was given at birth. That is all I know of her. (Update) Birth mother was born 5-23-1948; I'm not completely sure of the year of the child's birth, but it had to have been between my sister and myself. I'm thinking either ?-?-1969 or ?-?-1970...probably ?-?-1970. I do not know the birth father and she would not have listed him on the birth certificate. The birth mother has brown eyes and brown hair.
