This makes me think that perhaps this closed adoption may not have been entirely closed, and perhaps was arranged by an attorney. My father was an attorney and may have gotten someone in his firm, Jennings Salmon and Trask, to arrange the adoption. However, this is conjecture on my part.

He weighed 6 lbs. 12oz. and was born at 3:51PM. I believe our birthmother stayed with him for about a month until he was relinquished to the Colorado State Childrens Home.
