(Update) The attorney Jon Sanford was from Russellville, AR. (Update) 6 pounds 12 oz and 19 and a half inches long at birth. Birth mother had a labor coach with her at time of birth her name was Lisa King and the lpn name was Susan Cone.

All Other Information: Adoptive parents lived in PA at time of adoption. Adoptive father, John, worked for Johnson & Johnson as a biochemical Engineer or something similar. Adoptive mother was an RN but changed careers due to back problems. I think Adoptive mother, Nancy, had become a Travel Agent. Both adoptive parents were in their 30's at the time of the adoption. They chose the name "Anthony" for the baby because it was/had been the maternal grandfather's name. The child's adoptive family called him "TJ" My daughter, the biological mother, Amy Johnson, kept the attorney -- a female with the last name McLeod (Update) Her contact info; The adoptive parents did not. In approximately 2004-2005 my daughter called Johnson & Johnson in PA and supposedly found, and spoke to, John, the adoptive father current contact info. It's believed he contacted the attorney after the phone call. We believe the family was of the Catholic faith; we know the adoptive father had an advanced degree, possibly Biochemical Engineering; We know the adoptive parents took "TJ" to Disney World when he was 2-3 years old (My daughter has a photo); The adoptive parents sent my daughter several photos and letters up until about 1996 when my daughter discontinued contact in order to move forward with her life. We believe the adoptive father may have worked in Spain for at least one year in the mid-nineties; Both my daughter as well as the child's biological father prepared personal and family bios and packets of photos that were given to the adoptive parents in the hospital at the time of the baby's birth -- the adoptive parents, the biological paternal grandparents and myself and my son (the child's uncle) were present at the time of the baby's birth; I don't recall the original name of the hospital and I no longer recognize any of the addresses listed for hospitals in Little Rock, AR however I know the hospital was relatively small and located right off the interstate highway in South Little Rock near the Otter Creek subdivision and Otter Creek apartment complex. (Update) Birth mother was 18 at time of birth. Birth mother's eyes, and hair were brown. Birth father was 18 his eyes were blue and hair red.
