All Other Information: Lloyd Ramsey, I've been told was taken from his mother by Arkansas social services when she became ill and couldn't take care of him. The promise was made to her that when she was back on her feet she could get him back. When she went to social services, they had placed him for adoption. She has not seen him since he was taken from her sometime in late 1959 or 1960-61. Any help will be appreciated. She is now 76 years old and not in good health. She has thought of, loved and missed Lloyd all these years. I've been helping her look for many years, but continually hit roadblocks!
