It is my belief she works/ed for the State of Arkansas in some capacity of human services. I was told a story that when my adoptive parents got me, I apparently had been in a foster home because I had a "trunk" full of clothes and bonnets. I was sitting on the floor of some office in Little Rock when my adoptive parents came to see if we "bonded" and when my dad walked toward me and squated down I reached for his tie and he picked me up. I also have a brother, whom my parents adopted two years before me. But it is not my belief that he is my biological sibling. We lived in Magnolia, Arkansas since that time. All Other Information: Lloyd Ramsey, I've been told was taken from his mother by Arkansas social services when she became ill and couldn't take care of him. The promise was made to her that when she was back on her feet she could get him back. When she went to social services, they had placed him for adoption. She has not seen him since he was taken from her sometime in late 1959 or 1960-61. Any help will be appreciated. She is now 76 years old and not in good health. She has thought of, loved and missed Lloyd all these years. I've been helping her look for many years, but continually hit roadblocks!

All Other Information: Searching for information about my birth mother. I believe my birth father is to right however my family is not willing to give me this information. I have a grandchild who could benefit from knowing my health history from my birth family. I have been searching on my own for many years and continue to hit brick walls. Any information I would be so grateful. Arkansas Vital records office informed me my birth records were sealed. Im in the process of trying to petition the courts in Pulaski County. There are two years on my amended birth certificate the first being the year of my birth 1959 and the second is 1965 I believe this was around the time of the adoption. I have two different birth certificate numbers. A man by the name of JT Herron M.D. of Little Rock signed off on it. I sent a form into the hospital to have my medical records released from the Baptist Hospital. I beleive that I had a social worker by the the of name Sally. This is information my oldest brother told me. Any other information I come across I will update.
