I do not know if her married name was Atkins or her maiden name. That is the name she used. I have no info on birth father. My adoptive father saw her in attorneys office. I supposedly have between 3-6 older siblings The Commonwealth of Virginia Adoption Unit is the only other refernce I have. They contacted me on a possible search, but my parents were alive and I decided not to continue my search at that time 2000. All Other Information: I am searching for my birth parents. I am a male and was born on 12-11-1959. I was born in Washington, DC and was adopted in Washington, DC in 1-?-1960 or 2-?-1960 by adoptive parents that lived in Arlington, VA. I was told I was adopted from the DC Department of Child Services, (the red brick building). I was also told by my adoptive parents that my birth parents were young. The adoption was handled legally by the law firm of Logan Hollowell. I am 6' tall, 215 lbs, have dark hair with a distinctive gray patch (spot) on the front. I'm hoping to find medical histories on my birth parents and their families. I would also be open to contact with them.
