I also had to do exercises with her feet several times daily because her feet were "turned in" because there was not alot of room in my womb. I was told that this condition was not permanent. Lived with birth mother for a couple of months. Relinquishment papers signed at Garfield County County Courthouse in 6-?-1984. Was told by DHS worker that Ashley was being adopted by a family that had previously adopted a boy, who was 5 years old at the time of her adoption. He was aware that he was adopted. God Bless:) I recently did a preliminary search history on my personal records. This is what I was able to retrive. I hope this is useful information. I did a long form from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Enviornment back in 12-?-2010. On the form was listed pysician Robert Tatreau, M.D. whom signed my current birth certificate on 8-13-1986. The addres listed on the long form was 616 Yale Place, Canon City, CO. I also did the Colorado voluntary adoption registry, for the cosent and release of identifying information. I have not recieve any additional responses from 12-?-2010-present. This year in 5-?-2011. I followed up with St. Thomas More Hospital for Birth or medical history. After several conversations. They did not show any birth records, but they did have immunization records, that they are currently holding for me. I've been dealing with severe mail delay, so this makes this process even more stressful. In addition I also contacted the Fremont County court house to apply and retrieve any sealed or open adoption records, that are in my present names. This was done between 1-?-2011-2-?-2011. They informed me that they did not see anything in my present name for the year of my D.O.B. I can also be at contact number 325-340-0875. (Update) Birth mother was approximately 24-31 years old. No Birth father information. My present height is 5'7", hair is black and color of eyes is brown.
